STEP 18 - SOOTHING RELIEF FOR TIRED FEET

Many of us are on our feet all day and the better part of each evening. This puts a lot of stress on our feet.

In your quest for Everyday Beauty, make sure to make some time to pamper your feet with these soothing foot soak recipes!

PAMPER YOUR PEDS FOOT SOAK RECIPE

• 1/2 c. Epsom Salt

• 3 drops Lavender Essential Oil

• 2 drops Melaleuca Essential Oil

• 1 drop Eucalyptus Essential Oil

• 3 drops Roman Chamomile Essential Oil

Combine the above ingredients well and store in a glass jar. To use, stir in one to two tablespoons of the blend into a basin of hot but comfortable water and soak your feet for 10–15 minutes or until water cools.

SOOTHE AND SOAK FOOT SOAK RECIPE

• 3 drops Ginger Essential Oil

• 3 drops Lime Essential Oil

To use, put Essential Oils in a basin of hot but comfortable water and soak feet for 20 minutes.
