STEP 23 - BEAUTY SLEEP

A little sleep goes a long way, but hectic schedules and stress can make getting a restful night’s sleep feel like an impossible accomplishment.

But sometimes, the best thing we can do for our Everyday Beauty is simply getting a blissful, peaceful rest. Give these recipes a try the next time you need a good night’s beauty sleep.

FLOATING ON A CLOUD SLEEP BALM RECIPE

• 2/3 c. Beeswax

• 1/2 c. Coconut Oil

• 1/4 c. Shea Butter

• 1/4 c. Cocoa Butter

• 2 tsp. Vitamin E Oil

• 5 drops Lavender Essential Oil

• 7 drops Roman Chamomile Essential Oil

• 5 drops Cedarwood Essential Oil

• 4 drops Vetiver Essential Oil

Warm solid ingredients until completely melted. Remove from heat and add Vitamin E Oil and Essential Oils. Make sure to stir well to completely combine the ingredients. Place balm in a glass jar or metal container and allow to cool completely before using. To use, apply balm to bottoms of feet and back of neck prior to retiring for the evening.

SHEEP COUNTER NO MORE ROLLER BLEND RECIPE

• 7 drops Lavender Essential Oil

• 5 drops Vetiver Essential Oil

• 3 drops Frankincense Essential Oil

• 2 drops Ylang Ylang Essential Oil

• 3 drops Roman Chamomile Essential Oil

• 2 drops Wild Orange Essential Oil

Combine Essential Oils in a 10ml roller bottle and top with Fractionated Coconut Oil. To use, apply to inner ankles or wrists to promote a relaxing, peaceful sleep. Shake well before each use.
